Whenever I see technology there that exists in the modern world, I’m curious about intent. Am I supposed to understand that certain French cars or American chairs are inevitable. Are they intentional in that we’re supposed to take the anachronism as a pun, or are we supposed to understand them as the archetypal? Or am I just an English major looking for signs and signifiers to parse?
Not sure how I feel about the end. Or how I’m supposed to feel. But definitely glad I binged the entire series in three weeks.
